Dens Lettering

Dens Lettering creates eco-conscious tee shirts and original artworks shaped by a long connection to graffiti, sign writing and street culture.

It's all about the letter form and pushing it in different directions using various mediums and different techniques ranging from Victorian era gold leaf gilding to spray paint.

With over 35 years in the graffiti scene and decades working is the sign and graphic design industries, the work draws from a deep background in lettering, street art, and underground visual culture.

Each graphic usually begins as hand drawn artwork or using my own created fonts that are digitised before being made into t-shirts, prints, gold leaf glass or paintings.

Every tee shirt is made by hand in the studio using high-quality organic cotton, keeping the process independent, small-scale, and close to the source.

Alongside the creative side, the brand focuses on responsible production: organic textiles, certified materials, and smaller runs that reduce waste and move away from the fast-fashion model.

At its core, Dens Lettering is about originality, typography, lettering and graffiti heritage, and making thoughtful pieces that carry both culture and conscience.
