Shipping
We currently ship within the UK only (excluding Northern Ireland).
Due to postage costs, VAT, and customs requirements, we are not currently shipping to Europe or Australia, but we hope to offer international delivery in the future.

Glass artwork is sent via Royal Mail Tracked & Signed.

Prints
Prints are sent via First Class post with Royal Mail Tracked in Hard backed Envelopes.
T-Shirts
T-shirts are shipped First Class with Royal Mail in eco-friendly compostable mailing bags.
Most orders are dispatched within a few working days. If materials are temporarily out of stock, dispatch may take up to 7 working days.

Do You Ship Worldwide?
We currently ship within the UK only (excluding Northern Ireland).
Production and Dispatch Times
Most prints and artwork in stock will be posted within 2 days though please allow up to 5 working days. Any other delays such as if I'm out of the UK you will be emailed to let you know once the order is made. T-Shirts are made to order so please allow up to 5 working days though I'll aim for quicker. If I need to order in any stock it could take up to 7 days and you'll be informed. Glass in stock please allow 5 - 7 days.

Our standard delivery rates are as follows:
A4 Paper Artworks in Hard Backed Envelope - Royal Mail Tracked - £5.00
A3 Paper Artworks in Hard Backed Envelope - Royal Mail Tracked - £6.00
A2 Paper Artworks in Cardboard Tube - Royal Mail Tracked - £10.00
T-Shirts posted in Eco Compostable Bag - Royal Mail Tracked - £4.00
Gold Gilded Glass Artworks - Size Dependent - Tracked and Signed - £10 - £25
My Order Has Not Arrived. What Do I Do?
Don’t worry, we record and track every parcel we send. If your order has not arrived, you can track your order online with Royal Mail Tracking.Any issues please send us an email with your order number, and we will find your package’s whereabouts.
When Will I Know When My Order Has Been Dispatched?
Once you place your order, you will receive an email confirming that we have and are working on your order. You will then receive another email when we’ve shipped your order with the tracking number of your order.
Can I Collect My Order?
Usually not but on occasion Gold Gilded Glass orders may be able to be collected.
