Prints and Original Artworks – no returns unless damaged in transit.

Made-to-order T-shirts – returns within 7 days or for faults or incorrect items
Friendly support if there’s ever an issue with your order

Shipping

We currently ship within the UK only (excluding Northern Ireland).

Due to postage costs, VAT, and customs requirements, we are not currently shipping to Europe or Australia, but we hope to offer international delivery in the future.

Glass Artwork

Glass artwork is sent via Royal Mail Tracked & Signed.

Dispatch within 5 working days
Next Working Day delivery once shipped
Please allow up to 14 days in rare cases

Each piece is carefully packaged to help ensure it arrives safely.

Prints

Prints are sent via First Class post with Royal Mail Tracked in Hard backed Envelopes.

T-Shirts

T-shirts are shipped First Class with Royal Mail in eco-friendly compostable mailing bags.

Most orders are dispatched within a few working days. If materials are temporarily out of stock, dispatch may take up to 7 working days.
