UK DELIVERIES
Deliveries of glass artwork will be sent via royal mail tracked and signed for within the UK. Our aim to send them on Next Day delivery within 5 working days of the order. Please allow up to 2 weeks for deliveries but in most cases it would be sooner than that.
PRINTS
Prints will be sent via 1st class post.
INTERNATIONAL DELIVERIES
International Deliveries to Europe, Australia nad other countries will be sent by UPS International and will take around 1-2 weeks depending the country.
IMPORTANT - CUSTOMS AND DUTIES
Each country charges different Custom Duties on imports including artwork so PLEASE be aware of this and find out any additional Import Duties, GST or VAT your country may charge you before ordering.
RETURNS
As each piece is a one off custom made on glass there is no option of returns.
